Monday 2 December 2024 Chestnuts learn pneumatics Children in Chestnuts have been busy learning about pneumatics.
Monday 2 December 2024 Year 4 Farm school Despite the cold temperatures, the Year 4's have been having a great time at farm school this term. They have been clearing the area of the autumn leaves and moving them to the compost site.
Monday 2 December 2024 Year 3 Horse Riding The Year 3's had a fantastic time visiting the riding centre on Wednesday, despite the shocking weather. The children had a great time learning to groom and care for the horses. They all so enjoyed about the horses diet what they like, and what is safe for then to eat. All the children also enjoyed a ride on the horses and ponies. Each child received a rosette for being brave and getting on the horse. Many thanks to Ten Oaks Equestrian Centre in Hawkhurst, who facilitated this wonderful trip.
