Maple Class have been learning Number Lines

Year 1 have been learning how to subtract using a number line in Maths this week. They learnt how to find the starting number, count the jumps back and observe which number they land on. They were then able to solve subtraction questions using a number line and write the number sentence to match. Well done Year 1!
